  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • Certain items marked as “final sale” are not eligible

  2. Pack items securely in the original packaging
  3. Ship using the provided return label (US customers only)
  4. Allow 5-7 business days for processing after we receive your return

Refund Details

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 3-5 business days after approval
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (except for defective items)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized/customized products
  • Opened underwear or swimwear
  • Gift cards
  • Digital downloads
  • Sale/clearance items (unless defective)

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the issue
  3. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement (if available) or issue a full refund

International Returns

Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges for:

  • Color exchanges (for same product)

Store Credit Option
Instead of a refund, you may request:

  • Valid for 1 year from issue date
  • Can be used on any future purchase
